Objective : To assess the efficiency for some disinfectants against the microorganisms isolated from
the wards of newborn and premature babies in Educational Baghdad Hospital .
Methodology :This study had done from 1\8\2014 untile 1\9\2014, we had selected three types of
disinfectants ( Incidine , Bleach and Microbac Forte )which were used for disinfection in the wards of
newborn babies at Educational Baghdad Hospital to assess their effect against the microorganisms
isolated from these wards and study the mixed affect of these disinfectants againt same
microorganisms .

A simple, rapid and sensitive method for the analysis of Atenolol in pure and pharmaceutical preparation as an alternative analytical procedure were developed by continuous flow injection analysis via turbidimetric (T180o) and scattered light effect at two opposite position (2N90o). The method is based upon the formation of white precipitate for the ion pair compound by phosphomolybidic acid with Atenolol in aqueous medium. The precipitate is measured via the attenuation of incident light and scattering of the incident light in two opposite direction namely +90o and -90o angle were measured. This research presents the kinetics of the saponification reaction using mixed fats of olein and stearin [in the ratio (3:1)] with NaOH solution. In this reaction, excess solution of NaOH was used to ensure the reaction being irreversible. Three parameters were varied to show their effects on the reaction rate .They are: percentage excess of NaOH solution (10 % - 100 %) , temperature (100-150)oC , and stirring speed (400-1100) rpm.
