ABSTRACT:In this paper, Cd10–xZnxS (x = 0.1, 0.3, 0.5) films were deposited by using chemical spray pyrolysis technique, the molar concentration precursor solution was 0.15 M/L. Depositions were done at 350°C on cleaned glass substrates. X-ray dif- fraction technique (XRD) studies for all the prepared film; all the films are crystalline with hexagonal structure .The optical properties of the prepared films were studied using measurements from VIS-UV-IR spectrophotometer at wave- length with the range 300 - 900 nm; the average transmission of the minimum doping ratio (Zn at 0.1%) was about 55% in the VIS region, it was decrease at the increasing of Zn concentration in the CdS films, The band gap of the doped CdS films was varied as 3.7, 3

In this research, we study the changing structural properties of ZnO with changing annealing temp., in the range  (473-773)K prepared by chemical bath deposition method at temp. (353)K, where deposited on glasses substrates at thickness (500±25)nm, the investigation of (XRD) indicates that the (ZnO) films are polycrystalline type of Hexagonal.

            The results of the measuring of each sample from grain size, microstrain, dislocation density, integral breadth, shape factor and texture coefficient, show that annealing process leads to increase the grain size (26.74-57.96)nm, and decrease microstrain (0.130-0.01478), dislocation density (1.398-0.297)*10¹⁵

Government spending is the tool that the state uses to achieve its various goals. The research aims to identify the most important determinants of government spending in Iraq and to indicate the type and nature of the relationship between government spending and its determinants, which will contribute to understanding the movement of government spending. The results of the co-integration test using the border test methodology showed that the variables of population growth and oil prices have a long-term effect on government spending while inflation is not significant in the long run, and that 47% of the equilibrium imbalance (short-term imbalance) in government spending in the previous period (t-) can be corrected in the current period (t)

   In this paper, we applied the concept of the error analysis using the linearization method and new condition numbers constituting optimal bounds in appraisals of the possible errors. Evaluations of finite continued fractions, computations of determinates of tridiagonal systems, of determinates of second order and a "fast" complex multiplication. As in Horner's scheme, present rounding error analysis of product and summation algorithms. The error estimates are tested by numerical examples. This review article summarizes our research focused on Cu(In, Ga)Se2 (CIGS) nanocrystals, including their synthesis and implementation as the active light absorbing material in photovoltaic devices (PVs). CIGS thin films were prepared by arrested precipitation from molecular precursors consisting of CuCl, InCl3, GaCl3 and Se metal onto Mo/soda-lime glass (SLG) substrates. We have sought to use CIGS nanocrystals synthesized with the desired stoichiometry to deposit PV device layers without high temperature processing. This approach, using spray deposition of the CIGS light absorber layers, without high temperature selenization, has enabled up to 1.5 % power conversion efficiency under AM 1.5 solar illumination.
