In the present study, advanced oxidation process / heterogeneous photocatalytic process (UV/TiO₂/Fenton) system was investigated to the treatment of oily wastewater. The present study was conducted to evaluate the effect of hydrogen peroxide concentration H₂O₂, initial amount of the iron catalyst Fe⁺², pH, temperature, amount of TiO₂ and the concentration of oil in the wastewater.  The removal efficiency for the system UV/TiO₂/Fenton at optimal conditions and dosage (H₂O₂ = 400mg/L, Fe⁺² = 40mg/L, pH=5, temperature =30^oC, TiO₂=75mg/L) for 1000mg/L load was found to be 77%.

This study was conducted in the poultry field of Al-Mustansiriya University/ Baghdad, to show the effect of adding different levels 0, 1, 5 and 10% of the fenugreek seeds in the rations containing many contaminated microbes on the productive performance of broilers. 150-day-old rose meat was used with a 41 average weight (gm), were randomly allocated to 4 treatments with 3 replicates, and for each treatment 15 chicks per repetition: 0, 1, 5, and 10% (T0-T3), respectively. Sixty four local isolated of Klebsiella spp. have been isolated from environment samples (soil and water). These isolates were identified and diagnosis according to phenotype and biochemical tests. These isolates were subjected to primary and secondary screening, to select the isolate with the highest laccase activity.
