Antibiotic resistance is the major growing threat facing the pharmacological treatment of bacterial infections. Therefore, bioprospecting the medicinal plants could provide potential sources for antimicrobial agents. Mimusops, the biggest and widely distributed plant genus of family Sapotaceae, is used in traditional medicines due to its promising pharmacological activities. هدف الدراسة: بناء مقياسي التفاؤل والتشاؤم للاعبي الكرة الطائرة المتقدمين للموسم الرياضي 2021-2022، وتحديد درجات ومستويات معيارية للمقياس. ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي كما حدد مجتمع الدراسة من لاعبي الدوري الممتاز للموسم 2021-2022 البالغ عددهم 104 لاعب يمثلون 13 فريق اما عينة الدراسة فقد اختار الباحثون المجتمع كله إذ قسمت العينة الى استطلاعية (10) وعينة بناء(44)، وعينة تقنين (50)

Liquid-Liquid Extraction of Cu(II) ion in aqueous solution by dicyclohexyl-18-crown-6 as extractant in dichloroethane was studied .The extraction efficiency was investigated by a spectrophometric method. The reagent form a coloured complex which has been a quantitatively extracted at pH 6.3. The method obeys Beer`s law over range from (2.5-22.5) ppm with the correlation coefficient of 0.9989. The molar absorptivity the stoichiometry of extracted complex is found to be 1:2. the proposed method is very sensitive and selective.
