ABSTRACT The study summarized the experiences of international humanitarian organizations in implementing psychosocial support activities in the post-ISIS war and the crises it left behind. Objectives: To explore the mechanisms for implementing psychosocial support activities in Iraqi governorates affected by the conflict, to determine the extent to which psychosocial support activities align with international humanitarian policies, and to review the most important challenges facing their work. Methods: The study relied on a descriptive (ethnographic) qualitative approach, with tools including interviews conducted with 35 participants (project managers, psychosocial support staff, beneficiaries, and international organization staff). An observation tool was used to describe all activities related to psychosocial support programs, as well as quantitative data based on official international documents, articles, and reports. Results: Some organizations implementing non-specialized psychosocial support activities lack an activity manual, which creates activities based on improvisation. The Iraqi government does not pay much attention to mental health. There are problems in the mechanism of designing psychosocial support programs. Short-term grants and a lack of cultural awareness of mental health pose challenges to the sustainability and effectiveness of mental health and psychosocial support programs in Iraq. Conclusions: International organizations' psychosocial support programs provide critical activities in conflict-affected areas in Iraq. Some activities do not meet the International Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC) standards. Problems with the design of psychosocial support programs, and the short duration of donor programs, affect the effectiveness and long-term impact of these activities.

International law has proven that it is an evolving and flexible law over the years, and despite that, this development takes a very long time, as the concept of peremptory norms took 83 years to crystallize and have concrete and impactful applications, and within this development another modern concept emerged, which is the obligations Erga Omnes in the Barcelona Traction case 1970. We have concluded that these two concepts fall under a broader concept, which is peremptory norms, and this concept represents the common supreme interests of the international community, and consists of rules that transcend all other rules in international law, and it is not permissible to derogate or deviate from them. On the other hand, it bears the oblig

We classified these concepts under 33 main headings such as “proper names, geography, cities, tribe, descriptive names, colors, language materials, time, plants, animals, humans, kinship, titles and ranks, professions, identity, bodun, number, politics, trade, art, wealth and poverty, religion and belief, ceremony” etc. In our study, we only considered the words that constitute nouns. While preparing the conceptual index, we divided a large part of these 33 main headings into various subheadings. We listed the words alphabetically. Binary polymer blend was prepared by mechanical mixing method of unsaturated polyester resin with Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) with different weight ratios (0, 5, 10 and 15) % of (NBR). Tensile characteristics and wear rates of these blends were studied for all mixing ratios. The microstructure of fracture surfaces of the prepared samples were investigated by optical microscope. The results were showed that strain rates of the resin material increase after blending it with rubber while the ultimate tensile strength and Young’s modulus values of it will decrease. It is also noticed that the wear rate of resin decreases with increasing of (NBR) content.
