Relation on a set is a simple mathematical model to which many real-life data can be connected. A binary relation  on a set  can always be represented by a digraph. Topology on a set  can be generated by binary relations on the set . In this direction, the study will consider different classical categories of topological spaces whose topology is defined by the binary relations adjacency and reachability on the vertex set of a directed graph. This paper analyses some properties of these topologies and studies the properties of closure and interior of the vertex set of subgraphs of a digraph. Further, some applications of topology generated by digraphs in the study of biological systems are cited.

     Suppose that F is a reciprocal ring which has a unity and suppose that H is an F-module. We topologize La-Prim(H), the set of all primary La-submodules of H , similar to that for FPrim(F), the spectrum of fuzzy primary ideals of F, and examine the characteristics of this topological space. Particularly, we will research the relation between La-Prim(H) and La-Prim(F/ Ann(H)) and get some results.

  Tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill) and cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.)  seeds were imbided with water at 10°c or 4°c for 4, 8, and 16 hours before planting to study germination rate, mean germination time, and final germination percentage as well as electrolyte leakage from chilled seeds. Seeds imbided more water at 10°c compared to that at 4°c. Coefficient velocity of germination and final percent of germination decreased with the decrease of temperature and increasing time of imbibition. The study of green colour in glass has a special importance on the glass quality, specially the effect of ferrous oxides content of the limestone. Results obtained that there was a reduction in green colour when different ferrous oxide contents in the limestone were added in glass production, limestone sources from two quarries, and the first contains 0.67% ferrous oxide and the second posses less ferrous oxide.

Reduction of green colour showed higher transmittance12% and it could be suggested that reduction of ferrous oxides content in the limestone is of special importance on the optical properties of glass.

The experiment was conducted to study the effect of leaves extract of Salvia sclarea , Rosmarinus officinalis and Thymus vulgaris with 10% and 30% concentration on germination of seeds and growth of seedlings . The effect of these extracts on infection percentage of seeds decay and surface growth of Rhizoctonia solani . The results showed that the three extracts effected significantly to reduced percentage of seeds germination, acceleration of germination , promoter indicator , infection percentage of seeds decay and surface growth of R. solani especially in 30% concentration .

This study aims to analyze the messages of a number of global news outlets on Twitter. In order to clarify the news outlets tactics of reporting, the subjects and focus during the crisis related to the spread of the Covid-19 virus. The study sample was chosen in a deliberate manner to provide descriptive results. Three news sites were selected: two of the most followed, professional and famous international news sites: New York Times and the Guardian, and one Arab news site: Al-Arabiya channel.
