International bankruptcy is a legal system for those who take trade as a craft and stop performing their obligations of an international character as a result of a defect in their financial position. Legislative jurisdiction in cases of international bankruptcy is one of the most important topics of international bankruptcy by researching the position of national and comparative legislation by determining the applicable law such as the law of the court that hears the dispute or the law to which the attribution rule refers. 

The aim of the study is to study the quality of services in a sample of the municipalities of Baghdad governorate and identify the deviations in their operations and provide solutions to address the causes of deviations. Three formations to be studied along Surdash, Qallat, Khalakan, Hezob, Sektan, Degala
and Shaqlawa areas in the Sulaimaniya and Erbil governorates, NE Iraq. These are: Dokan,
Gulneri and Kometan formations. The paleoecology and depositional environment of these
formations are determined by studying the ecology of the planktonic and benthic
foraminifera.
The depositional environment of are ranged from the continental shelf to the abyssal,
and the paleotemperature, salinity and paleoclimate were discriminated in each section
along the study area.

     Three seismic instantaneous attributes (phase, frequency, and variance) were utilized on 3D-seismic poststack migrated data, covering 617.31 km², integrated with data of two wells (Du-1 and Du-2) in Dujaila oil field, southeast of Iraq. In this paper, the effect of changes in bank deposits on the money supply in Iraq was studied by estimating the error correction model (ECM) for monthly time series data for the period (2010-2015) . The Philips Perron was used to test the stationarity and also we used Engle and Granger to test the cointegration . we used cubic spline and local polynomial estimator to estimate regression function .The result show that local polynomial was better than cubic spline with the first level of cointegration.
