تتقصى هذه الدراسة الاساليب التداولية للتأنيب لدى لطلبة العراقيين الجامعيين متعلمي اللغة الانكليزية لغة اجنبية من كلا الجنسين (ذكورا واناث) وتحديد الاساليب التداولية التي يفضلها كل منهما. تم اختبار اربعين طالبا مقسمين بالتساوي من كلا الجنسين تحريريا بأستخدام فرض اكمال النص. أظهرت النتائج بأن الطلبة العراقيين من كلا الجنسين يفضلون اسلوب التأزرعلى التمايز وتفضيل استخدام الالفة والصداقة من دون الاخلال با

This paper is an attempt to investigate the syntactic and semantic features of the English phrasal verbs. In this paper, phrasal verbs were classified into subgroups according to their syntactic and semantic characteristics. After giving a survey of literature written on the meaning and definition of phrasal verbs, two sections have been devoted to tackle the most important issues in this category of English verbs. The expansion of the social media environment has created its own linguistic realities which involve more colloquial communication and practical employment of language. This research focuses on nominalizations in detail, which are originally formed words that have been changed for a noun role. These nominalizations are examined within the context of Facebook posts.
