The aim of this paper is to generate topological structure on the power set of vertices of digraphs using new definition which is Gm-closure operator on out-linked of digraphs. Properties of this topological structure are studied and several examples are given. Also we give some new generalizations of some definitions in digraphs to the some known definitions in topology which are Ropen subgraph, α-open subgraph, pre-open subgraph, and β-open subgraph. Furthermore, we define and study the accuracy of these new generalizations on subgraps and paths.

Hueckel edge detector study using binary step edge image is presented. The standard algorithm that Hueckel presented, in his paper without any alteration is adopted. This paper studies a fully analysis for the algorithm efficiency, time consuming and the expected results with slide window size and edge direction. An analysis for its behavior with the changing of the slide window size (disk size) is presented. The best result is acquired when the window size equals to four pixel.

Making the data secure is more and more concerned in the communication era. This research is an attempt to make a more secured information message by using both encryption and steganography. The encryption phase is done with dynamic DNA complementary rules while DNA addition rules are done with secret key where both are based on the canny edge detection point of the cover image.
