A field experiment was conducted on the form of the Dept. of Field Crop Sci. / College of Agriculture / University of Baghdad in spring and fall seasons of 2009 and 2010 . Ten inbreds of maize were planted and crossed to each other to produce single crosses . In the second season, single crosses were planted along with thin parent to produce three – way and double crosses . In the third seasons panet and crosses were planted . In this paper, the general framework for calculating the stability of equilibria, Hopf bifurcation of a delayed prey-predator system with an SI type of disease in the prey population, is investigated. The impact of the incubation period delay on disease transmission utilizing a nonlinear incidence rate was taken into account. For the purpose of explaining the predation process, a modified Holling type II functional response was used. These equations are obtained by substituting the time derivative of order  where , in the standard equation with the Caputo fractional formula. In this paper, two implicit difference schemes: the linearly Euler implicit and the Crank-Nicolson (CN) finite difference schemes, are employed in solving a one-dimensional time-fractional semilinear equation with Dirichlet boundary conditions.
