Adsorption of o-Nitrophenol (o-Nph), m- Nitrophenol (m-Nph) and p- Nitrophenol (pNph) on the sedimentary sand of the Tigress River which is known locally by “Zemeej” from aqueous solution at 288, 298, 308, 318 and 328 k0 . This study indicates that o-Nph and mNph take multi-layered S type according to Giles classification while p-Nph takes a multilayered L type according to the same classification. The isotherms treated by Freundlich model and show a good response to this model because the heterogeneous nature of the surface. The effect of different cutting fluids on surface roughness of brass alloy workpiece during turning operation was carried out in this research. This was performed with different cutting speed, while other cutting parameters had been regarded as constants(feeding rate , and depth of cut). Surface roughness of machined parts that will be tested by electronic surface roughness tester .The results show that the standard coolant gives the best values of surface roughness for fixed cutting speed ,followed by sun flower oil that has approximately the same effect, while the air stream as a coolant gave unsatisfied results for the evaluation of surface roughness.

In this paper the queuing system (M/Er/1/N) has been considered in equilibrium. The method of stages introduced by Erlang has been used. The system of equations which governs the equilibrium probabilities of various stages has been given. For general N the probability of j stages of service are left in the system, has been introduced. And the probability for the empty system has been calculated in the explicit form.
