البحث معني بظاهرة اللجوء من العالم الاسلامي الى العالم الغربي وما يحيط بهذه الظاهرة من تحديات سواء كانت سلبية او ايجابية والبحث يوضح احكام العقيدة الاسلامية للحكم على هذه الظاهرة التي اصبحت من النوازل في هذا العصر 

تعددت آراء المفكرين الاسلاميين المعاصرين حول الدولة الاسلامية بعد سقوط الخلافة العثمانية بصورة خاصة نتيجة لتأثر هؤلاء المفكرين بالمفاهيم التي سادت في الثقافة الغربية ، ومنها مفهوم الدولة ، حيث لم يتطرق الفكر الاسلامي الى مناقشة مفهوم الدولة الاسلامية قبل هذه الفترة ، لان اهتمامهم كان منصبا بالتظير حول موضوع السلطة . وسيتم التطرق في هذا البحث لمفهوم الدولة لدى المفكرين الاسلاميين المعاصر

Appearance of the Kurdish press in the Kurdish literature was affected by as set of both external and internal factors. The former was realized in the spreading of press and publications especially at the neighboring countries in the second half of the 19^th century. The latter factors, external ones ,were concerned the political situations undergone by the Kurdish people who severely suffered injustice practiced by the Othman authority .All these reasons had driven the educated to migrate to search for more safe places to practice their cultural actions with absolute freedom. ان العولمة هي ظاهرة العصر وبحكم شمولية ابعادها وعمق اثارها اصبحت قضيتها تثير جدلا واسعا بين الباحثين (واصحاب القرار) متضمنا المصطلح والمفهوم والتجليات والمضمون والوسائل والاهداف، ولقد بدأت ملامح وخصائص هذه الظاهرة تتسارع لتشكل الهندسة الجديدة لاقتصاد القرن الحادي والعشرين وفي ظل هذا الاتجاه نحو تقسيم العمل الدولي ظهرت نتائج ومزايا عكست مديات التغيرات على مجمل الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للمجتمعا
