This study aimed to evaluate the relationship between the microbiota number of some common bacterial species in children's gut with Entamoeba histolytica infection. To achieve that,49 samples of stool were collected, 29 from children with acute amebiasis and 20 from healthy children, children's ages ranging from 1 month to 12 years from both genders. Counting three types of bacteria Lactobacillus spp., Bifidobacterium spp. and Escherichia coli, using the standard curve obtained from Real-Time PCR was accomplished. The result of this study found that the supplementation with B. brave and L. salivarius down-regulate the relative expression of 6-methylsalicylic acid synthase (msas), ATP binding cassette transporter (ABC) and putative cytochrome P450 monooxygenases (P450-1) as well. In this paper, the Reliability Analysis with utilizing a Monte Carlo simulation (MCS) process was conducted on the equation of the collapse potential predicted by ANN to study its reliability when utilized in a situation of soil that has uncertainty in its properties. The prediction equation utilized in this study was developed previously by the authors.
