This   study   has   investigated   the   effect   of   jaundice   on   some

hematological  and biochemical paramenters in male and female.  The results have shown significant decrease in Hemoglobin concentration, packed cell volume, white blood cell count and platelet count. The biochemical parameters results have shown significant increase in prothrombine time, level of total bilirubin, Aspartale transminase and Alanin trans aminase in the serum of male and femal.

The objective of this in vivo study is to investigate the effects of 337.1 nm pulsed N2 laser on cellular immune response represented by lymphocyte transformation capacity and phagocytosis activity in laboratory animals. The samples include 60 adult male BALB/c mice, were divided into control group and experimental groups. 1- Measuring the level of lead in workers’ saliva and blood in the factory.
2- Studying the correlation between the saliva lead level and the infection that caused by microorganisms, isolation and

3-Studying the influence of high blood lead level on the total white blood cells.

It is expected that these food types can cause irreversible damage to dental hard tissues and early deterioration of the dental restorations. So, this study aimed to evaluate and compare the erosive potential effects of orange fruit juice and Miranda orange drink on the microhardness of an orthodontic composite material.
