أهمية البحث والحاجة إليه :

      يعد نسيان المثيرات المعلوماتية التي يتعلمها أو يطلع عليها الفرد في حياته من المشكلات التي يعاني منها الأفراد في جميع مناحي الحياة وليس في مجال الدراسة الأكاديمية فحسب. وبالتالي فان هناك حاجة ملحة ومهمة لابتداع طرائق ووسائل وإمكانيات يمكن عن طريقها التقليل من نسيان المثيرات المعلوماتية المختلفة التي يتعلمها الفرد في حياته اليومية.

This study measured and analyzed job satisfaction among faculty members at the university of Irbid College in relation to gender social status, years of experience, academic rank , qualification, the population consisted of 110 full-time Jordanian factually members. A total of 72. (61%) factually, members participated in this study. The research instrument which was developed by the researcher consisted of tow parts: personal information and the job Satisfaction Questionnaire Frequencies, percentages, means and one-way analyses of variance were employed to analyze the data. The level of significance was set at 0.05. A Secheffe method of multiple comparisons was used for follow-up investigation.

Rice is a major staple food for more than two thirds of the world population. Pathogenesis-related proteins-10 (PR10) have a range of 154 to 163 amino acid with molecular weight ~ 17 kDa.  They are acidic and generally intracellular and cytosolic proteins accumulate in plants in response to biotic and abiotic stresses. In the present study, a PR10 gene and its corresponding protein were characterized in O. sativa, O.  barthii, O. glaberrima, O. glumipatula, O. meridionalis, O. nivara, O. rufipogon and  O. punctata. The two researchers built a measure of emotional reassurance and consisting of (26) items and
the scale of family climate consisting of (30 ) items .
The applied Statistical methods:
The two researchers used the statistical bag spss and they used t-test and Pearson correlation
coefficient and analysis of variance and Alpha -Cronbach .

emotional reassurance and good family climate and there is a relationship between emotional
reassurance and family climate .
