A significant increase in the incidence of non-O157 verotoxigenic Escherichia coli (VTEC) infections have become a serious health issues, and this situation is worsening due to the dissemination of plasmid mediated multidrug-resistant microorganisms worldwide. This study aims to investigate the presence of plasmid-mediated verotoxin gene in non-O157 E. coli. Standard microbiological techniques identified a total of 137 E. coli isolates. This study was carried out in the Center of Endocrinology and Diabetes in Baghdad during the period between October 2019 to February 2020. The aim was to measure the level of some apoptosis markers and some autoimmune antibodies related to the thyroid gland in Iraqi patients with hyperthyroidism and evaluate the correlation between all the measured parameters. An Auto Crop method is used for detection and extraction signature, logo and stamp from the document image. This method improves the performance of security system based on signature, logo and stamp images as well as it is extracted images from the original document image and keeping the content information of cropped images. An Auto Crop method reduces the time cost associated with document contents recognition. This method consists of preprocessing, feature extraction and classification.
