The present study was conducted to evaluate the effect of different inhibitors on the corrosion rate of aluminum in 50% (v/v) ethylene glycol solution at 80°C and pH 8.0 in which the electrochemical technique of linear sweep voltammetry was employed to characterize each inhibitor function and to calculate the corrosion rate from Tafel plots generated by a computer assisted potentiostat.
It is found that both sodium dichromate and borax reduces the corrosion rate by polarizing the anodic polarization curve while sodium phosphate, potassium phosphate, and sodium benzoate reduces the corrosion rate by polarizing both the anodic and cathodic polarization curve.
When inhibitor concentration increases from I g/l up

Boubaker polynomials have been utilized to reduce these problems into quadratic programming problem. The convergence of this polynomial has been verified; also different numerical examples were given to show the applicability and validity of this method.
Corrosion behavior of aluminum alloy 7025 was investigated in hydrochloric acid (pH=1) containing 0.6 mol.dm-3 NaCl in the existence and absence of diverse concentrations of sulphamethoxazole as environmentally friendly corrosion inhibitor over the temperature range (298-313)K. Electrochemical polarization method using potentiostatic technique was employed. The inhibition efficiency has been raised with increased sulphamethoxazole concentration but lessened at temperature increases. The highest efficiency value was 96.5 at 298 K and 2 x10-4 mol.dm-3 concentration of sulphamethoxazole. The sulphamethoxazole adsorption was agreed with Langmuir adsorption isotherm. Some thermodynamic parameter (△Gads) and activation energy (Ea) were determin

Effect of pH (1-8), biosorbent dosage (0.2-2 g/100ml), agitated speed (100-300), particle size (1304-89μm), temperature (20-40˚C), initial dye concentration (20-300 mg/L), and sorption–desorption were investigated to assess the algal-dye sorption mechanism. Different pre-treatments, alkali, protonation, and CaCl2 have been experienced in order to enhance the adsorption capacity as well as the stability of the algal biomass. Equilibrium isotherm data were analyzed using Langmuir, Freundlich, and Temkin models. The maximum dye-sorption capacity was 26.65 mg/g at pH= 5, 25
... Show MoreLagrange series and the Bessel function are two classical methods that were created by series expanding from Taylor series. In this paper, the purpose of those two methods was to find the values of the eccentric anomaly for one period (0–360)°. The Matlab program is used to apply the results, the input parameters were eccentricity (0–1), mean anomaly (0–360)°, and finally the parameter W (1–13). The program does not need a tolerance to obtain a precise value for eccentric anomaly like other iterative and non-iterative methods to stop the program; it will stop after completing the required period from 0° to 360° for a body that is determined by the solver. The output will be the final value of the eccentric anomaly. Furthermore,

Nano membrane was deposited by the spray coating method on substrates (glass) of thickness 100 mm. The X-ray diffraction spectra of (CNTs, WO3) were studied. AFM tests are good information about the roughness, It had been designed electrolysis cell and fuel cell. Studies have been performed on electrochemical parameters.
Mixture experiments are response variables based on the proportions of component for this mixture. In our research we will compare the scheffʼe model with the kronecker model for the mixture experiments, especially when the experimental area is restricted.
Because of the experience of the mixture of high correlation problem and the problem of multicollinearity between the explanatory variables, which has an effect on the calculation of the Fisher information matrix of the regression model.
to estimate the parameters of the mixture model, we used the (generalized inverse ) And the Stepwise Regression procedure

Resveratrol (RES), a polyphenolic stilbene, is known to control asthmatic attacks via different molecular mechanisms. However, no studies have examined the effect of resveratrol on the microbiome in the ovalbumin (OVA)-induced asthma mouse model. In this study, we induced asthma in BALB/c mice by injecting OVA followed by 7 days treatment with RES. Plethysmography showed that the expiratory resistance in the lung tissue was significantly reduced in the RES treated group, while mean volume, peak expiratory flow, and frequency of respiration was increased. Desalination is a process where fresh water produces from high salinity solutions, many ways used for this purpose and one of the most important processes is membrane distillation (MD). Direct contact membrane distillation (DCMD) can be considered as the most prominent type from MD types according to ease of design and modus operandi. This work studies the efficiency of using DCMD operation for desalination brine with different concentration (1.75, 3.5, 5 wt. % NaCl). Frame and plate cell was used with flat sheet PTFE hydrophobic type membrane. The study proves that MD is an effective process for desalination brines with feed temperature less than 60˚C especially for feed with low TDS. 37˚C, 47˚C, and 57˚C was feed t
