1st: The recognizing of Alexithymia level for 6th grade students (Study Specimen) through the next Zero Hypothesis:1. There are no statistically significant differences at (0.05) level between the arithmetic mean of the specimen degrees as a whole and the central assumption for the scale of the lack in emotions expression

The present study aimed at identifying the level of psychological alienation and motivation of achievement among the incoming teachers in the schools of Dhofar Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman a well as to explore the correlation relationship between psychological alienation and motivation of achievement. The sample of the study consisted of (238) expatriated teachers from Al- Dhofar Governorate in Oman who were selected randomly. The main aim of this research is to: 1) identify the Transformational Leadership of the Managers of higher School in ALkut district and its relationship with organizational Loyalty. 2) Clarify the relationship between Transformational Leadership and organizational Loyalty.
