The game of football is one of the most popular games in the world because of its beauty in the hearts of its fans. From this position, the game of five football for people with simple mental disability has become as much attention to many other sporting events, so the researchers believe that the tests of basic skills match the level of individuals tested In terms of their age and mental ability, the technical aspects were adopted as a means of selecting those who are qualified to practice this game in the simplest form, so the importance of the research problem in designing and standardizing two dribbling skating tests for members of this category and It depends by training their cadres during the selection process. The research community for people with minor mental disabilities determines the male category of the mental and social disability institutes and the Special Olympics Union in the province of Baghdad for the period 2017-2018, who are 12-15 years of age and 6-9 years of mental age, (97), representing 12 institutes, as well as the Special Olympics Union. After obtaining the results and processing them statistically, the researcher reached two conclusions: The tests of handling skills were applied for the first time in the Iraqi environment, National Institute for People with Simple Mental Disabilities, Which, along with the rest of the tests to select the players of the Iraqi national team for people with mental disabilities simple in the Special Olympics Union, technical results of the tests by setting standards for it to be later a test and useful in the calendar and comparison. The research recommendations focused on the adoption of the skills of dribbling in the continuous evaluation process, and the use of its criteria during the selection process. In this article, a new deterministic primality test for Mersenne primes is presented. It also includes a comparative study between well-known primality tests in order to identify the best test. Moreover, new modifications are suggested in order to eliminate pseudoprimes. The study covers random primes such as Mersenne primes and Proth primes. Finally, these tests are arranged from the best to the worst according to strength, speed, and effectiveness based on the results obtained through programs prepared and operated by Mathematica, and the results are presented through tables and graphs.

In this work, a simple and new method is proposed to simultaneously improve the physical layer security and the transmission performance of the optical orthogonal frequency division multiplexing system, by combining orthogonal frequency division multiplexing technique with chaotic theory principles. In this article, we aim to define a universal set consisting of the subscripts of the fuzzy differential equation (5) except the two elements and , subsets of that universal set are defined according to certain conditions. Then, we use the constructed universal set with its subsets for suggesting an analytical method which facilitates solving fuzzy initial value problems of any order by using the strongly generalized H-differentiability.
