هدف البحث إعداد تدريبات تزامن ما بين السايكو وتمرينات القوة الوظيفية للاعبي كرة القدم، والتعرف على تأثيرها في القدرة الانفجارية للرجلين، وفي مهارتي المناولة الطويلة والركلة الركنية للاعبي كرة القدم، ليفترض الباحث بإنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نتائج الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية لمجموعتي البحث التجريبية والضابطة في كل من القدرة الانفجارية للرجلين لمهارتي المناولة الطويلة والركلة الركنية في كرة القدم، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نتائج اختبارات مجموعتي البحث التجريبية والضابطة البعدية في كل من القدرة الانفجارية للرجلين لمهارتي المناولة الطويلة والركلة الركنية، وأعتمد المنهج التجريبي بتصميم المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة، وتمثلت حدود مجتمع البحث باللاعبين الشباب المتقدمين في نادي الشرطة الرياضي بكرة القدم في الساحات المكشوفة البالغ عددهم (24) لاعبا" للموسم الرياضي (2023-2024)، أختيرت عينة البحث منهم عمدياً بإسلوب الحصر الشامل بنسبة (100%) من هذا المجتمع، من ثم قسموا إلى مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة بعددٍ متساوٍ، وبعد تحديد الاختبارات تم إعداد وتطبيق الوحدات التدريبية بمعدل (3) وحدات تدريبية ولمدة (8) اسابيع، وبمجموع (24) وحدة تدريبية في فترة الإعداد الخاص، وبإنتهاء التجربة تم معالجة النتائج بنظام (SPSS) لتكون الاستنتاجات والتوصيات بإن إعداد تدريبات تزامن ما بين السايكو وتمرينات القوة الوظيفية يلائم لاعبي كرة القدم في الملاعب المكشوفة، ويساعد تطبيقها في تطوير القدرة الانفجارية للرجلين، وفي تحسين مهارتي المناولة الطويلة والركلة الركنية للاعبي كرة القدم الذين يتدربون بها، وبتفوق على أقرانهم الذين يتدربون بدونها، ومن الضروري تجنب الأحمال المبالغ بها بزيادة الأحمال التدريبية عند إعداد تدريبات تزامن ما بين السايكو وتمرينات القوة الوظيفية للاعبي كرة القدم، ومن الضروري زيادة معرفة المدربين بكيفية وضع محددات تخطيط وتطبيق تدريبات تزامن ما بين السايكو وتمرينات القوة الوظيفية على وفق محاذير تضمن سلامة لاعبي كرة القدم.
In this paper, SiO2 nanoparticles thin films were synthesised at different PH values of solution by sol gel method at fixed temperature (25oC) and molar ratio (R =H2O/precursor) of (Tetra Ethyl Ortho Silicate) TEOS as precursor at (R=1). The structure and optical properties of the thin films have been investigated. All thin films were tested by using X-RAY diffraction. All X-RAY spectrum can be indexed as monoclinic structure with strong crystalline (110) plane. The morphological properties of the prepared films were studied by SEM. The constitutive relationship can establish of the fluid model process by fractional calculus, by using Laplace and Finite Fourier sine transforms. We obtain a solution for shear stress and velocity distribution. Abstract Twelve isolates of bacteria were obtained from samples of different soils and water amended with 100µg/ml of five heavy metals chlorides (i.e: Aluminum Al+2, Iron Fe+2, Lead Pb+2, Mercury Hg+2 and Zinc Zn+2). Four isolates were identified as Bacillus subtilis and B. subtilis (B2) isolate was selected for this study according to their resistance to all five heavy metals chlorides. Different fiber volume fraction of glass fibers were used (3%, 6%, 9%, 12%, and 15%).
