The planning for the formation of administrative policies and guidance through leadership are important things for managing administrative processes and sporting activities. As both contribute in the stability of the administrative conditions, and their development in the sport federations, whether they both were attentive about team and individual Olympic Games. The two researchers observe that, there is a variation in the correct way of application. Particularly in the formulation of administrative policies and leadership describing it as, modern management standards for both team and individual Olympic Games in the Iraqi National Olympic Committee. That led to cause a misconception and lack of clarity for some administrators of those unions. The descriptive approach was used in the comparative study method. The research society included the preparation of the boards of directors in the sports federations of the team and individual Olympic Games competitions by (24) federations, (195) members and excluded (35) form those of were not submitted. As a result, the remaining was 160 members, in which their proportion formed (82.05%). After that, two questionnaire forms were applied (formation of administrative and leadership policies) on the sample population to obtain the results and process them statistically. Based on that, research findings were reached: 1. The administrators of the sports federations of both team and individual Olympic Games lack the distinguished management in the formation of administrative and leadership policies in the Iraqi Olympic Committee. 2. The administrators of the sports federations of both team and individual Olympic Games lack the replacement of the familiar methods with new methods in the formation of administrative and leadership policies. 3. Lack of financial donations by the Iraqi Olympic Committee contributed to the absence of keeping up with the development of thoughts and the administrative work of the policymaking and leadership through the lack of training and qualifying the Olympic sports federations’ administrators. 4. The National Olympic Committee of Iraq lack the standards that would assess and evaluate the development of the formation of administrative and leadership
Metoprolol is a β1 adrenergic blocker used in treatment of heart diseases. Metoprolol (100mg) tablets was formulated as a modified release oral system utilizing the concept of bilayer system, first layer contained (30mg) as immediate release and the other (70mg) in the sustained release matrix. The immediate release layer consisted of lactose or microcrystalline cellulose as diluents with sodium starch glycolate or sodium croscarmellose as disintegrants. The paper presents mainly the dynamic response of an angle ply composite laminated plates subjected to thermo-mechanical loading. The response are analyzed by analytically using Newmark direct integration method with Navier solution, numerically by ANSYS. The experimental investigation is to fabricate the laminates and to find mechanical and thermal properties of glass-polyester such as longitudinal, transverse young modulus, shear modulus, longitudinal and transverse thermal expansion. Present of temperature could increase dynamic response of plate also depending on lamination angle, type of mechanical load and the value of temperature.
TiO2 thin films were deposited by reactive d.c magnetron sputtering method on a glass substrate with various ratio of gas flow (Oxygen /Argon) (50/50, 100/50 and 150/50) at substrate temperature 573K. It can be observe that the optical energy gap of TiO2 thin films dependent on the ratio of gas flow (oxygen/argon), it varies between (3.45eV-3.57eV) also it is seen that the optical constants (α, n, K, εr and εi ) has been varied with the change of the ratio of gas flow (Oxygen /Argon).
