The planning for the formation of administrative policies and guidance through leadership are important things for managing administrative processes and sporting activities. As both contribute in the stability of the administrative conditions, and their development in the sport federations, whether they both were attentive about team and individual Olympic Games. The two researchers observe that, there is a variation in the correct way of application. Particularly in the formulation of administrative policies and leadership describing it as, modern management standards for both team and individual Olympic Games in the Iraqi National Olympic Committee. That led to cause a misconception and lack of clarity for some administrators of those unions. The descriptive approach was used in the comparative study method. The research society included the preparation of the boards of directors in the sports federations of the team and individual Olympic Games competitions by (24) federations, (195) members and excluded (35) form those of were not submitted. As a result, the remaining was 160 members, in which their proportion formed (82.05%). After that, two questionnaire forms were applied (formation of administrative and leadership policies) on the sample population to obtain the results and process them statistically. Based on that, research findings were reached: 1. The administrators of the sports federations of both team and individual Olympic Games lack the distinguished management in the formation of administrative and leadership policies in the Iraqi Olympic Committee. 2. The administrators of the sports federations of both team and individual Olympic Games lack the replacement of the familiar methods with new methods in the formation of administrative and leadership policies. 3. Lack of financial donations by the Iraqi Olympic Committee contributed to the absence of keeping up with the development of thoughts and the administrative work of the policymaking and leadership through the lack of training and qualifying the Olympic sports federations’ administrators. 4. The aim of this study is to investigate the sedimentation environments and diagenetic processes of the Ibrahim Formation (Oligocene-early Miocene) in Zurbatiya, eastern Iraq. The Ibrahim Formation is comprised mostly of clayey micrite and skeletal grains composed of planktonic foraminifera, calcispheres, radiolaria, and benthic foraminifera. The current study aims to study one Firas Al- Himdani's Romeyat poems (320 – 357 AH), he was one of sham poets in the era of the Abbasid as to know the glories of the knight and Arabic poet, whose message led to preserve the honor of the nation and Islam prestige , along with exposing the better one . His message includes Arabic merits and high values in respect of chivalry , encouragement , sacrifice , forgiveness and tolerance in addition to morality and patience .
This research reviews studies that identify the habitats of the redbelly tilapia, Coptodon zillii, in Iraq, the environmental conditions favorable to this species distribution and proliferation, as well as its economic and social significance as a food source. Additonally, the study examines its effects on biodiversity through competition with native fish species for resources, as well as its role as reservoirs of pathogens, its adverse effect on human health due to the tendency to retain oil crude inside the tissues, and its impact on environmental and water quality by increasing water turbidity. Finally, the review exhibits recommendations for strategies to mitigate its detrimental effects on biodiversity as well as environment.
Media writing is accuracy writing. Clarity and concision are its predominant features. It is a writing that goes straight to the essence because it has no time to waste. Furthermore, it must be as accurate as scientific writing. It is destined for the average reader and has to be understood by everyone. However, it can be as elegant as literary writing. The variety in its forms of expression does not prevent media writing from having its own amplitude.
