هدف ال الأسلوب المعرفيّ م الإد ا ركيّ اضة للبنات، والتعرّف على علاقة التنظ ة وعلوم الر ة البدنّ ة التر لّ ة في ات المرحلة الثانّ طال إنّه احثتان اضة للبنات، وأفترضت ال ة وعلوم الر ة البدنّ ة التر ل ة في ات المرحلة الثان عض طال التأمّليّ الاندفاعيّ لدى اس الأسلوب المعرفيّ التأمّليّ الاندفاعيّ لدى عیّنة م الإد ا ركيّ ونتائج مق اس التنظ ة بین نتائج مق اط معنوّ توجد علاقة ا رت أسلوب اً ة اخترن عمدّ ات بلغت ( 38 ) طال ة على عیّنة من الطال اطّ أسلوب العلاقات الإرت حث، واعتمد المنهج الوصفيّ ال اضة ة وعلوم الر ة البدنّ ة التر ل ة في ات المرحلة الثان طال ة ( 100 %) من مجتمعهن المتمثّل الحصر الشامل بنس حث ات ال 2024 )، وعلى وفق متطلّ - احي للعام الد ا رسيّ ( 2023 الدوام الحضوريّ الص غداد المستم اّ رت للبنات/جامعة اسین لكلّ من الظاهرتین ات، وتمّ تحدید المق ة ( 8) طال ة، وللعیّنة الاستطلاع سة ( 30 ) طال حث الرئ اختیر منهن لعیّنة ال اسین ومعالجتها عد الانتهاء من المسح، تمّ جمع درجات المق ة لهما، و حوثتین والتحقّق من الأسس والمعاملات العلمّ الم الأسلوب المعرفيّ التأمّليّ ة جابّ علاقة إ م الإد ا ركيّ ط التنظ أنّه یرت لتكون الاستنتاجات ؛ (SPSS) اً بنظام إحصائّ اضة ة وعلوم الر ة البدنّ ة التر ل ة في ات المرحلة الثان عض طال أثر واضح لدى اً ادته طردّ سهم في ز الاندفاعيّ، و ادة مستوى الأسلوب المعرفيّ التأمّليّ أثر واضح بز اً ادته طردّ م الإد ا ركي ستسهم في ز لما ا زد مستوى التنظ للبنات، و ات فإنّه من الضروري اضة للبنات، أمّا التوصّ ة وعلوم الر ة البدنّ ة التر لّ ة في ات المرحلة الثان عض طال الاندفاعي لدى اضة ة وعلوم الر ة البدنّ ة التر لّ ة في ات في الدروس العملّ ة لدى الطال التعرّف على خصائص التفكیر والأسالیب المعرفّ ة بینهن، ومن جزء من م ا رعاة الفروق الفردّ ط وتنفیذ هذهِ الدروس ار عند تخط للبنات لغرض تضمینها في نظر الاعت ة الخاصّة بتعلّم ّ ة لرسم الب ا رمج الحر ة المعرفّ ة في دعم البن ات لِما له من أهمّ اس العقليّ للطال الق الضروري الاهتمام اضة للبنات. ة وعلوم الر ة البدنّ ة التر لّ ة في الأداء المهاريّ في الدروس
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of a Cognitive- Behavioral Training Program in reducing Problems Solving among a sample of education university College Students, the study sample consisted of (50) students were randomly assigned to two groups: experimental, and control; (25) students per group, the results of (ANOVA) revealed that there were significant differences at (p < 0.05) between experimental and control group in Problems Solving level, while there were significant differences between both groups in achievement.
