Histone deacetylase inhibitors with zinc binding groups often exhibit drawbacks like non-selectivity or toxic effects. Thus, there are continuous efforts to modify the currently available inhibitors or to discover new derivatives to overcome these problems.             A spectrophotometric- reverse flow injection analysis (rFIA) method has been proposed for the   determination of Nitrazepam (NIT) in pure and pharmaceutical preparations. The method is based upon the coupling reaction of NIT with a new reagent O-Coumaric acid (OCA) in the presence of sodium periodate in an aqueous solution. The blue color product was measured at 632 nm. The variation (chemical and physical parameters) related with reverse flow system were estimated. In this work an experimental study of deposited silver nanoparticles on the core of optical fiber end at different time based on photodeposition technique is presented. The results demonstrated that the concentration of silver nanoparticles deposited on the core of optical fiber end was effected by the deposition time. The photodeposition system was fabricated using multi-mode optical fiber and laser diode source. The results show that the silver deposition concentration increases linearly with the deposition time.      This paper presents an analysis solution for systems of partial differential equations using a new modification of the decomposition method to overcome the computational difficulties. Convergence of series solution was discussed with two illustrated examples, and the method showed a high-precision, being a fast approach to solve the non-linear system of PDEs with initial conditions. There is no need to convert the nonlinear terms into the linear ones due to the Adomian polynomials.
