New Schiff-base ligand and metal complexes with Cr (Ш), Mn (II), Fe (II), Co (II), Ni (II) and Cu (II) ions are reported. Ligand was prepared in two-step reaction. The reaction of 2-hydroxy-5-methylisophthalaldehyde with 3-Amino-1-propanol resulted in the isolation of precursor (3, 3'-((1E, 1'E)-(propane-1, 3-diylbis (azanylylidene)) bis (methanylylidene)) bis (2-hydroxy-5-methylbenzaldehyde)). The reaction of precursor with 4-Aminoantipyrine gave the required ligand;(4, 4'-(((1E, 1'E)-(((1E, 1'E)(propane-1, 3-diylbis (azanylylidene)) bis (methanyl ylidene)) bis (2-hydroxy-5-methyl-3, 1-phenylene)) bis (methanylylidene)) bis (azanyl ylid ene)) bis (1, 5-dimethyl-2-phenyl-1, 2-dihydro-3H-pyrazol-3-one)) H 2 L. The reaction of this ligand with the appropriate metal ions gave metal complexes of the formulae [M 2 (L)(H 2 O) 2 Cl 2]. Cl 2, M= Cr (Ш),[M 2 (L) Cl 2 (H 2 O) 2], M= Mn (II), Fe (II),[M 2 (L)] Cl 2. H 2 O, M= Co (II), Ni (II),[M 2 (L) Cl 2] H 2 O, M= Cu (II). A range of techniques were used to confirm the entity of ligand and their complexes. The formation of ligand and mode of complexation and geometrical structure of complexes were verified using FTIR, electronic spectra, NMR, ESMS, magnetic susceptibility, micro-elemental analysis, metal content, chloride content and conductance. The analytical and spectroscopic data indicated the formation of four and six-coordinate for complexes. In recent years, the need for Machine Translation (MT) has grown, especially for translating legal contracts between languages like Arabic and English. This study primarily investigates whether Google Translator can adequately replace human translation for legal documents. Utilizing a widely popular free web-based tool, Google Translate, the research method involved translating six segments from various legal contracts into Arabic and assessing the translations for lexical and syntactic accuracy. In this paper, the factor groups K(SL(2,121)) and K(SL(2,169)) computed for each group from the character table of rational representations.
The group for the multiplication of closets is the set G|N of all closets of N in G, if G is a group and N is a normal subgroup of G. The term “G by N factor group” describes this set. In the quotient group G|N, N is the identity element. In this paper, we procure K(SL(2,125)) and K(SL(2,3125)) from the character table of rational representations for each group.

The junction between polythiophene, a conducting polymer formed by electrochemical polymerization, and n-type silicon was studied the temperature and doping dependencies were observed in the junction characteristics. The increase of junction temperature leads to increase the saturation current, the barrier height, and decrease of the ideality factor for junction. While the reduction in doping concentration causes a decrease in the forward current. The results were explained according to the conventional Schottky diode theories.
