Abstract: In this research we study the of added NaCl with concentration (0.2, 0.02)M on the spectral of cationically charged dye (cresyl violet) and anionically charged surfactant (sodium dodecyl sulphate) with different concentration, the result show two peaks appearance the first attributed to micelle and the other formation of dye surfactant complex, in addition to the increase in the quantum efficiency of emission spectrum and shifted toward long wavelength (λmax=692.5nm-626nm).

Dynamic Thermal Management (DTM) emerged as a solution to address the reliability challenges with thermal hotspots and unbalanced temperatures. DTM efficiency is highly affected by the accuracy of the temperature information presented to the DTM manager. This work aims to investigate the effect of inaccuracy caused by the deep sub-micron (DSM) noise during the transmission of temperature information to the manager on DTM efficiency. A simulation framework has been developed and results show up to 38% DTM performance degradation and 18% unattended cycles in emergency temperature under DSM noise. The finding highlights the importance of further research in providing reliable on-chip data transmission in DTM application.

OBJECTIVE: Synthetic vertebral body replacement has been widely used recently to treat different spinal conditions affecting the anterior column. They arrange from trauma, infections, and even tumor conditions. In this study, we assess the functional outcome of this modality in different spinal conditions. PATIENTS AND METHODS: Thirty-six cases operated from October 2010 to December 2017. Twelve patients had spinal type A3 fractures, 11 cases with spinal tuberculosis (TB), and 13 cases with spinal tumors. They were followed clinically for a mean period of 2.4 years. In this study, the pre- and post-test were done and the instruments were administered to the students for data collection. The actual sample size comprises of 122 students, who were selected randomly from the physics department, college of education in iraq. The choice of gate dielectric materials is fundamental for organic field effect transistors (OFET), integrated circuits, and several electronic applications. The operation of the OFET depends on two essential parameters: the insulation between the semiconductor layer and the gate electrode and the capacitance of the insulator. In this work, the electrical behavior of a pentacene-based OFET with a top contact / bottom gate was studied. Organic polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and inorganic hafnium oxide (HfO₂) were chosen as gate dielectric materials to lower the operation voltage to achieve the next generation of electronic applications. In this study, the performance of the OFET was studied using monolayer and bilayer gate insulators.
