The aim of the study is to identify the stage of both decentralized performance and organizational confidence with through those responsible the decentralized work of officials in organizing and managing local championships affiliated with the Iraqi Athletics Federation from their perspective. The study employed a descriptive approach using a correlational method on a sample of those managing local championships of the Iraqi Athletics Federation, including members , coaches, referees, and the president of the central administrative board, as well as the members and presidents of the subfederations for the sports (2020/2021).

This study was conducted at the poultry farm located in the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, University of Baghdad, Abu Gharib (the old site), and laboratories of the Animal Production Department, Jadriya, to investigate the effect of adding hydrogen peroxide H2O2 at nanoscale levels to semen diluents of local roosters sperm in a number of semen characteristics. In this study, 80 roosters local Iraqi chickens were used, the roosters were trained three times a week, to collect semen, until the largest number of them responded. This paper aims to explain the effect of the taxes policy including direct & indirect taxes on supporting the domestic Investment in Iraq. This could help the official planners for drawing the future policies that help provoking (istumlating) the domestic investment in Iraq the quantitative analysis approach was adopted using regression model. The approach of the research is to simulate residual chlorine decay through potable water distribution networks of Gukookcity. EPANET software was used for estimating and predicting chlorine concentration at different water network points . Data requiredas program inputs (pipe properties) were taken from the Baghdad Municipality, factors that affect residual chlorine concentrationincluding (pH ,Temperature, pressure ,flow rate) were measured .Twenty five samples were tested from November 2016 to July 2017.The residual chlorine values varied between ( 0.2-2mg/L) , and pH values varied between (7.6 -8.2) and the pressure was very weak inthis region. Statistical analyses were used to evaluated errors. The calculated concentrations by the calib
