Studying translation as academic article has cultural motive side by side academic aim to establish a professional generation that have the ability to serve labor market . And because translation is important in many sectors in the society such as technology, science, popular institutions, tourism and political and legal relations between countries. Our investigation concentrate on the articles of translation teaching in fourth class/ Spanish Department/ College of Languages/ Baghdad University for five years in order to evaluate the level of utility of creating translators and interpreters after graduation . From 2009 until 2014 we saw continuous yearly exchanging in teaching articles by many professors with different levels , in our point of view have weaken the level of fourth class students. And we tried to form fixed articles of teaching translation in general in order to give students many practices in different sectors of professional translation to prepare them to work as translators.
The works that have been analyzed are symbolic names written by Carlos Fuentes, Mexican novelist, and short-story writer, critic, and diplomat whose experimental novels gave him an international literary reputation. The study deals with the analysis of the symbolic images of the name "Malinche" that appears in todoslos gatos son pardos (1970; “All Cats Are Gray”), a drama about the Spanish conquest of Mexico with the pivotal character. This paper deals with the use of additive discursive markers by Arab students who learn Spanish as a foreign language through brief written compositions that they carry out within the framework of the subjects taught at the University of Baghdad. The objective is to know if these Arab students, who have a B1 level of Spanish, use these linguistic elements and the problems they may face to express the cohesion of the discourse. For this study, a learning corpus of more than 3,200 words of the texts written by the students has been compiled to carry out an analysis of their use. By studying the results, we want to shed light on whether or not students use discourse markers, and what difficulties can be found both in learning and in teaching.
