هدف الدراسة: بناء مقياسي التفاؤل والتشاؤم للاعبي الكرة الطائرة المتقدمين للموسم الرياضي 2021-2022، وتحديد درجات ومستويات معيارية للمقياس. ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي كما حدد مجتمع الدراسة من لاعبي الدوري الممتاز للموسم 2021-2022 البالغ عددهم 104 لاعب يمثلون 13 فريق اما عينة الدراسة فقد اختار الباحثون المجتمع كله إذ قسمت العينة الى استطلاعية (10) وعينة بناء(44)، وعينة تقنين (50)

ABSTRACT

In this research been to use some of the semi-parametric methods the based on the different function penalty as well as the methods proposed by the researcher  because these methods work to estimate and variable selection of significant at once for single index model including (SCAD-NPLS method , the first proposal SCAD-MAVE method , the second proposal  ALASSO-MAVE method ) .As it has been using a method simulation time to compare between the semi-parametric estimation method studied , and various simulation experiments to identify the best method based on the comparison criteria (mean squares error(MSE) and average  mean squares error (AMSE)).

The estimation of the parameters of Two Parameters Gamma Distribution in case of missing data has been made by using two important methods: the Maximum Likelihood Method and the Shrinkage Method. The former one consists of three methods to solve the MLE non-linear equation by which the estimators of the maximum likelihood can be obtained: Newton-Raphson, Thom and Sinha methods. The aim of the research is to clarify the importance of documentary credits in foreign trade and especially their impact on the balance by limiting imports we highlighted the reality of documentary credits in Iraq and the accompanying changes and developments highlighted the indicators of foreign trade and finding solutions for harmonizing the fund Documentary and trade balance in order to achieve long term economic development.
