Heterocyclic compounds are crucial for medicinal chemistry and the development of therapeutic agents like broad-spectrum antibiotics. This study devised a facile procedure to synthesize novel antimicrobial bicyclic heterocycles from 2-mercapto-3-phenylquinazolin-4(3H)-one. Advanced analytical techniques including 1 H and 13C NMR, elemental analysis, and FT-IR spectroscopy characterized the intricate chemical structures of the products. Level of IFN-g, TNF-a, IL-12, IL-6, IL-17A was increased in level, IL-4 didn’t increases, in both ileal and spleen tissue. Levels of above cytokines were examined in spleen in order to follow the proliferation of CD4+ T-cell during C. parvum infection.

Background: Orexin-A is an orexigenic hormone that plays an important role in the metabolism of blood glucose, insulin, and insulin resistance (IR). The pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is related to the abnormality in insulin and IR. However, no sufficient studies to date have clearly shown the association of orexin-A with biochemical parameters related to T2DM.

Synthetic routes to a series of tin compounds incorporating nitrogen-based
chelating ligands are described. The β-diketiminato tin chloride precursor was
utilized to isolate the first tin-phosphorus tin compound using this ligand,
[(HC{C(Me)NAr}2)SnPPh2]. A diamide ligand was employed to investigate tin (II)
and (IV) compounds. Two tin (II) and (IV) compounds, [(Me2Si{ArN}2)SnPh2] and
[Li(OEt)2](Me2Si{ArN}2)SnPh2], were formed via reaction of the lithiated
preligand, [Me2Si{ArNLi}2]+Sn(IV). Finally a novel Sn(II) N-heterocyclic
