In this paper we define and study new concepts of fibrewise topological spaces over B namely, fibrewise Lindelöf and locally Lindelöf topological spaces, which are generalizations of will-known concepts: Lindelöf topological space (1) "A topological space X is called a Lindelöf space if for every open cover of X has a countable subcover" and locally Lindelöf topological space (1) "A topological space X is called a locally Lindelöf space if for every point x in X, there exist a nbd U of x such that the closure of U in X is Lindelöf space". Either the new concepts are: "A fibrewise topological space X over B is called a fibrewise Lindelöf if the projection function p : X→B is Lindelöf" and "The fibrewise topological space X over B is called a fibrewise locally Lindelöf if for each point x of Xb, where bÎB, there exist a nbd W of b and a nbd UÌXW of x such that the closure of U in XW (i.e., XW∩cl(U) ) is fibrewise Lindelöf space over W". Moreover, we study relationships between fibrewise Lindelöf (locally Lindelöf) spaces and some fibrewise separation axioms.

Two years field experiment was carried out at Agricultural Fields, College of Agriculture, Baghdad University, Al-Jadriya during 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 to determine the effect of salinity of irrigation water on growth and grain yield of three oat cultivars. The experiments were laid out according to randomized complete blocks design having split plot arrangements with two factors; first factor included three oat cultivars (Shifaa, Hamel and Pimula) while the second factor included three levels of salinity of irrigation water (3, 6 and 9 dS.m-1 ) in addition to the control (river water with salinity level of 1.164 dS.m-1 ) with three replicates. Abstract: This research was performed to study the effect of some amino acids and vitamins on the growth of bacteria Staphylococcus aureas and its sensitivity against UV light. The results showed low inhibition in bacterial growth because amino acids repairs the damges caused by UV light. Besides the effect of two groups of antibiotics (β-lactame and tetracycline) on the growth of S. aureus and the possible interference of amino acids and vitamins in the activity of the antibiotics against this bacteria in the presence of UV light were studied. The result show increase in the sensitivity towards these antibiotics and provided protection against the antibiotics.

In this work, a composite material was prepared from Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) with different weight percent of grain and calcinations kaolin at temperature of (850oC) using single screw extruder and a mixing machine operated at a temperature between (190-200oC).
