The utilization of sugarcane molasses (SCM), a byproduct of sugar refining, offers a promising bio-based alternative to conventional chemical admixtures in cementitious systems. The Iraqi government seeks to overcome the financial crisis by investing and privatizing some projects to achieve sustainable growth.
