The changes that happen in training progress especially in skill side demands tests researchers found poorness for patterns to special tests in defending skills against shooting although applying these tests on other samples without considering the age , so the problem of research came controlling the tests of defense against shooting that serve juniors players and match the original society to serve the basketball game . The research sample chosen for juniors players for Baghdad clubs in season (2011-2012) the sample numbered (82) players represented (7) clubs that their percentage (82%) , after gaining the data processed statically and we reached to conclusion that : defending tests against shooting applied first time in Iraq in Iraq environment that qualified besides other tests help to choose players to represent Iraq team ,the recommendation were depending on these tests defending against shooting that help on developing progress and helps in collection.

The aim of the current research is to extract the psychometric properties of Philip Carter's tests (for mental agility) according to the classical measurement theory. To achieve these goals, the researcher took a number of scientific steps to analyze Philip Carter's tests (for mental agility) according to the classical measurement theory. This study describes the preparation of new series of tetra-dentate N2O2 dinuclear complexes (Cr3+, Co2+, Cu2+) of the Schiff base derived from condensation of 1-Hydroxy-naphthalene-2-carbaldehyde with 2-amino-5-(2-hydroxy-phenyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole. The structures of the ligands were identified using IR, UV-Vis , mass, elemental analysis and 1H-NMR techniques.
