يمثل المنهاج التربوي دوراً رئيسي، في تكوين شخصية المتعلم وهي ان يتعلم ليعرف، ويتعلم ليعمل، ويتعلم للعيش مع الآخرين، ويتعلم ليكون عضواً ناجحاً في المجتمع، و يلبي حاجاته المجتمعية المتوقعة منه، و مع التحولات العصرية التي أفرزتها العولمة والاحداث الاقليمية المحيطة، كلها عوامل ادلت بدلوها، في استنساخ وبلورات تغايرت اجتماعية متسارعة، تكاد تتلاشى فيها القيم المجتمعية. والمتابع لأي منهج تربوي في أي مجتمع من المجتمعات فلابد ان يقف على أهدافه وغياته، اتسعت دائرتها أو مع مناهج اخري تكاملت او تصارعت ظهرت او استترت تلك الأهداف والغايات فهي تعمل من أجل إرساء وتعميق المبادئ المطلقة، والكامنة من خلال تأصيل عناصرها في ذات المتعلم في اكسابه لمفاهيم تعتبر اهم ما رمي المنهاج التربوي، الا وهي : الشعور والإحساس بالهوية والحقوق، والمسؤوليات والواجبات وكذا المشاركة في الشؤون المدنية، وتقبل قيم المجتمع الأساسية، لذا يعرفها بعض المتخصصين في العلوم الاجتماعية بأن المواطنة" هي مجموعة الالتزامات المتبادلة بين الأشخاص والدولة، فالشخص يحصل على بعض الحقوق السياسية والمدنية نتيجة انتمائه إلى مجتمع سياسي معين وعليه في الوقت نفسه أن يؤدي بعض الواجبات، بمعنى أنها تشتمل على العلاقة بين الأفراد والدولة مع امتثال للحقوق والواجبات وهي تشتمل كذلك على صفات المواطن ومسؤولياته. من هنا تتضح تربية المواطنة ضرورة ملحة و من أجل الحفاظ على الهوية الخاصة بالمجتمع في ضل تهديدات أخطار العولمة و مؤسساتها. يمكن أن تصاغ مشكلة الدراسة في: ما مفهوم تربية المواطنة في المناهج الدراسي . تهدف الدراسة الى تحديد مفهوم تربية المواطنة في التربية وبيان أهدافها . استخدمت الدراسة منهج البحث الوصفي التاريخي اما الاستنتاجات جاءت منها يجب وضع مناهج تنمي الحس الوطني الطوعي اتجاه الوطن والتوصيات على الجهات المعنية الاهتمام بوضع منهاج تربوية عن تنمية روح الوطنية والمواطنة لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية خاصة ، والمراحل الدراسية الأخرى.
Comprehensive automobile insurance is considered as an important branches in the portfolio of National Insurance Company in Iraq .Due to the continous accidents the company is endeavouring to this market.
