In this research, we study the changing structural properties of ZnO with changing annealing temp., in the range  (473-773)K prepared by chemical bath deposition method at temp. (353)K, where deposited on glasses substrates at thickness (500±25)nm, the investigation of (XRD) indicates that the (ZnO) films are polycrystalline type of Hexagonal.

            The results of the measuring of each sample from grain size, microstrain, dislocation density, integral breadth, shape factor and texture coefficient, show that annealing process leads to increase the grain size (26.74-57.96)nm, and decrease microstrain (0.130-0.01478), dislocation density (1.398-0.297)*10¹⁵

     The study was aimed at inhibiting the protease produced by Pseudomonas aeruginosa using an 80% alcoholic extract of Conocarpus lancifolius leaves. A total of 146 isolates of P. aeruginosa that were isolated and identified by microscopic and biochemical tests were 51 isolates submitted to primary and secondary screening techniques in order to choose the qualified P. aeruginosa isolate for protease synthesis. Among these isolates, forty-seven isolates showed hydrolysis zones on skim milk media (primary screening); six isolates were chosen for secondary screening. In the present work, a density functional theory (DFT) calculation to simulate reduced graphene oxide (rGO) hybrid with zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticle's sensitivity to NO2 gas is performed. In comparison with the experiment, DFT calculations give acceptable results to available bond lengths, lattice parameters, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), energy gaps, Gibbs free energy, enthalpy, entropy, etc. to ZnO, rGO, and ZnO/rGO hybrid. A number of  morphology and biochemical test were carried out to complete this identification that showed all bacterial isolates were related to Vibrio cholerae .In this study  all Vibrio isolates were investigated for Bio typing and the result showed that all (10) isolate were related to (Eltor biotypes) .Also, the susceptibility test towards eight antibiotics were carried  out .

Zinc Oxide nanoparticles were prepared using pulsed laser ablation process from a pure zinc metal placed inside a liquid environment. The latter is composed of acetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) of 10−3 molarity and distilled water. A Ti:Sapphire laser of 800 nm wavelength, 1 kHz pulse repetition rate, 130 fs pulse duration is used at three values of pulse energies of 0.05 mJ, 1.11 mJ and 1.15 mJ.
