The Dynamic Role of PD-1, Vitamin D, RANKL, and Sclerostin in Iraqi Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
...Show More Authors

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic, autoimmune disease, with a wide range of clinical symptoms. Some studies have indicated the association between RANKL, Sclerostin, PD-1, and vitamin D concentrations and the pathogenesis of SLE. The current study aimed to evaluate the role of RANKL, Sclerostin, PD-1 and vitamin D in the pathogenesis of SLE. The study included 180 females diagnosed SLE patients and healthy control (60 females as early diagnosed patients without treatment, 60 females as patients under treatment with (prednisolone, and hydroxychloroquine), and 60 females healthy as a control group, with ages ranging from 20 to 45 years. The serum concentration levels of RANKL, Sclerostin, PD-1 and vitamin D were assessed by E

Exponentially Fitted Diagonally Implicit EDITRK Method for Solving ODEs

This paper derives the EDITRK4 technique, which is an exponentially fitted diagonally implicit RK method for solving ODEs . This approach is intended to integrate exactly initial value problems (IVPs), their solutions consist of linear combinations of the group functions  and  for exponentially fitting  problems, with  being the problem’s major frequency utilized to improve the precision of the method. The modified  method EDITRK4 is a new three-stage fourth-order exponentially-fitted diagonally implicit approach for solving IVPs with functions that are exponential as solutions. Different forms of -order ODEs must be derived using the modified system, and when the same issue is reduced to a  framework of equations that can be sol

Ï¢-Semi-p Open Set :

Csaszar introduced the concept of generalized topological space and a new open set in a generalized topological space called -preopen in 2002 and 2005, respectively. Definitions of -preinterior and -preclosuer were given. Successively, several studies have appeared to give many generalizations for an open set. The object of our paper is to give a new type of generalization of an open set in a generalized topological space called -semi-p-open set. We present the definition of this set with its equivalent. We give definitions of -semi-p-interior and -semi-p-closure of a set and discuss their properties. Also the properties of -preinterior and -preclosuer are discussed. In addition, we give a new type of continuous function

Improved Runge-Kutta Method for Oscillatory Problem Solution Using Trigonometric Fitting Approach
...Show More Authors

This paper provides a four-stage Trigonometrically Fitted Improved Runge-Kutta (TFIRK4) method of four orders to solve oscillatory problems, which contains an oscillatory character in the solutions. Compared to the traditional Runge-Kutta method, the Improved Runge-Kutta (IRK) method is a natural two-step method requiring fewer steps. The suggested method extends the fourth-order Improved Runge-Kutta (IRK4) method with trigonometric calculations. This approach is intended to integrate problems with particular initial value problems (IVPs) using the set functions  and   for trigonometrically fitted. To improve the method's accuracy, the problem primary frequency  is used. The novel method is more accurate than the conventional Runge-Ku

Organic compounds such as food colorants dyes are utilized as additives in a wide range of foods. In this study, the adsorption interaction behavior between the colorant food dye sunset yellow (SY) and the drug loratadine was examined. The adsorption procedure is conducted at different drug dosages, various SY dye concentrations, and different temperature (288-318K). The equilibrium data were explained by using Freundlich and Langmuir adsorption isotherms, but Langmuir offering the best fit model. The k-means classifier was used to classify the images into a group of classes, starting from two to eight classes, and for all angles used in the co-occurrence matrix. The distribution of the images on the classes was compared by comparing every two methods (projection of one class onto another where the distribution of images was uneven, with one category being the dominant one. Bayesian Estimation of The unknown parameter of Inverse Rayleigh Distribution (IRD) based on GELF

In this paper, we investigated the Bayesian estimation of the unknown parameter of the Inverse Rayleigh Distribution (IRD) under different priors, represented by the inverse gamma distribution, the inverse chi-squared distribution, and the standard Levy distribution as priors. We obtained the posterior distributions for the unknown parameter of IRD under the different priors based on the general entropy loss function (GELF). We assumed different values for the shape parameter of GELF. Also, the maximum likelihood estimator (MLE) is used to estimate the scale parameter of IRD. Then, a study is conducted to obtain the results, based on the different parameters of Inverse Rayleigh distribution and sample sizes. We found tha

Structural analysis is a branch of solid mechanics which utilizes straight forward models for solids. The main objective of Structural analysis is to find out the effect of loads on the physical structures and their components. A beam is a structure with a constant cross-section and is described by its significant length in comparison to its thickness and width. A cantilever, on the other hand, is a slender beam with a uniform cross-sectional shape that is fixed horizontally at one end and subjected to a load at the other end. Columns, which serve as vertical compression members in building frames, are susceptible to buckling and failure when subjected to relatively small axial loads.
