Preparation and Study the Properties of PVDF/PEO/WO2 Hybrid Nanocomposite Thin Films Prepared by a Spin Coating Method
...Show More Authors

In this work, using the spin coating method to create polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF)/polyethylene oxide (PEO) thin films, the effects of nano-tungsten oxide (WO2) doping were investigated. The novelty of this research lies in its investigation of varying weight concentrations of WO2 nanoparticles (NPs) within the composite films. Comprehensive characterization techniques were employed, including structural analysis via X-ray diffraction (XRD), which revealed a clear and prominent peak in the XRD of the PVDF/PEO films, and the films' polycrystalline nature with tetragonal structures. The grain size was noted to increase with higher WO2 NPs doping. Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) showed

Analysis of the Electrical and Optical Properties of Polyaniline/Graphene Oxide/Metal Oxides Nanocomposites
...Show More Authors

This study investigates the electrical and optical properties of polyaniline (PANI) composites incorporating graphene oxide (GO) and metal oxides such as tin dioxide (SnO₂) and tungsten trioxide (WO₃). The addition of GO improves charge transport due to its high surface area and conductive nature. Moreover, SnO₂ contributes to stabilizing the electrical conductivity of the composites over time, while WO₃ introduces frequency-dependent charge-trapping behavior that influences dynamic electrical responses. Optically, GO modifies the bandgap and enhances UV-visible light absorption through improved photon interaction. SnO₂ improves the spectral stability of the composites, and WO₃ fine-tunes the wavelength-dependent optical resp

This research shows how to prepare polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) films with silver nanoparticles and how different amounts of these nanoparticles affect the films' properties. The silver nanoparticles (AgNPs), featuring a uniform spherical shape, were synthesised using the chemical reduction method. The concentration of AgNPs and the amount of the reducing agent were found to influence the structural and optical characteristics of the prepared films. Higher volumes of the reducing agent have resulted in the formation of larger silver nanoparticles. These factors affected the size of the silver nanoparticles and the specific absorption peak, which was between 420 and 435 nm, with the nanoparticles measuring between 20 and 32 nm in size

Calculation of Particle Emission Rates for Nucleon-Induced Reactions with non-Equidistance Spacing Model Dependence
...Show More Authors

Nuclear emission rates for nucleon-induced reactions are theoretically calculated based on the one-component exciton model that uses state density with non-Equidistance Spacing Model (non-ESM). Fair comparison is made from different state density values that assumed various degrees of approximation formulae, beside the zeroth-order formula corresponding to the ESM. Calculations were made for 96Mo nucleus subjected to (N,N) reaction at Emax=50 MeV. The results showed that the non-ESM treatment for the state density will significantly improve the emission rates calculated for various exciton configurations. Three terms might suffice a proper calculation, but the results kept changing even for ten terms. However, five terms is found to give

Particle-Hole State Density Calculations with Non-Equidistant Spacing Model: II. Pairing and Exact Treatment
...Show More Authors

In an earlier paper, the basic analytical formula for particle-hole nuclear state densities was derived for non-Equidistant Spacing Model (non-ESM) approach. In this paper, an extension of the former equation was made to include pairing. Also a suggestion was made to derive the exact formula for the particle-hole state densities that depends exactly on Fermi energy and nuclear binding energies. The results indicated that the effects of pairing reduce the state density values, with similar dependence in the ESM system but with less strength. The results of the suggested exact formula indicated some modification from earlier non-ESM approximate treatment, on the cost of more calculation time
