ان حقوق الطفل في الديانات والمعتقدات تختلف تباعا من عقيدة الى اخرى فعلى سبيل المثال ان حقوق الطفل في الشريعة اليهودية تختلف أختلافا جذريا عن الشريعة الاسلامية .

وفي الحقيقة ان نظرة الاسلام الى الانسان وحقوقه تشمل كل البشر  من غير تفرقه بين العربي والعجمي ولا بين الاحمر والاسود أذ اهتم الاسلام بالطفل بصورة عامة بغض النظر عن دينه ومعتقده  ولا ننسى ان حقوق الانسان بصورة عامة في الاسلام لها صفة الال
