The presnty study included physical , chemical  and phycological study of choosen one station in  Habbaniya lake to investigat the diurnal variation at each hour along the 24 hours . Water temperature showed clear variations and coincided with the air temperature of study , Habbaniya Water was alkaline with pH more than 7 without clear diurnal variations . Conductivity , Total hardness , Calcium and Magnesium values showed no clear varitions . Chloride and Salinity values appeared relatively stable . The data showed a relative increasing in Dissolve oxygen values during the night hours.On the other hand the alkalinity and acidity values were unstable during the 24 hours of the study. Hatching took place in the intestine of the copepod host within 10 minutes of exposure to the infective eggs. Motile acanthor penetrated the wall of the intestine within 2-4 hr. after exposure and was found free in the hemocoel where it metamorphoses through the acanthella stage. The driving force (free energy) ΔGo(eV) is calculated depending on spectrum Ru(H2L`)2 (NCS)2 . In this research , Aprocess ( LICVD) was used for producing silicon nitride powders with chemical compositon Si3N4 ,by using TEA-Co2 Laser to induc reaction in the gas phase,  NH3 was used as on additive to SiH4. The wave functions of the coherent states of the charged oscillator in magnetic field are obtained via a canonical transformation. The numerical calculations of these functions are made and then the space and time plots are obtained. It was shown that these states are Gaussians distributions of widths vary periodically in an opposite way with their peaks. We interpret that is due to the mutual actions of the spreading effect of the wave packet and the reaction of the magnetic field.

The 8 - mixing ratios of 7 - transitions from levels of 26 Mg populated in 23 Na (a, py)26Mg reaction are calculated using a2 — ratio method for the first time in the case of two mixed y - transitions from the same initial level. The results obtained have been compared with 8 - values determined by other methods. The comparison shows that the agreement is excellent. This confirms the validity of this method in calculating the 6 - values of such 7 - transitions.

The phagocytic activity of peritoneal and blood cells counts with neutrophils and monocytes were evaluated in albino mice treated wtth two antigen preparations (A and B) from group A streptococci (GAS). Antigen A included water bathed bacteria at 70 °C for 60 minutes, while in Antigen B the bacteria was autoclaved at 121° C for 15 minutes. The animals were treated with 12 intraperitoneal doses of the antigens with intervals of three days (36 days). The 12th dose was a challenge dose (live bacteria). The first three doses of Antigen A increased the phagocytic index (PI) to a range of 76.46-78.69%, then a gradual decreased percentage was observed, especially at the challenge dose (PI=6.42%). Seven strains of Rhizobium leguminosarum bv. vicide were isolated
and purified from the root nodules of faba bean (Viciae faba) plants
collected from different agroclimatic locations in Baghdad and Diyala
provinces of Iraq. Screening of these strains gives four salinity tolernat  strains which tolerate 1-5% sodium chloride supplement mannitol to  salt yeast extract (M Y) medium. Colony forming units for the four tolerant strains under stress conditions were significantly reduced in comparison with those under normal conditions. family Cyprinidae was collected from Lesser Zab and Greater Zab
rivers in north of Iraq during the period from November 2000 to the
