The technique of adding Carbon Nano-Tubes to What liquids is a new important method used to enhance the thermal properties of liquids such as specific heat and heat capacity.
The experimental part was carried out using water-based nanoparticles such as Carbon Nano Tubes, with different concentrations at (0.1, 0.3, o.5and 0.7wt %) of MWCNT (Multi Wall Carbon Nanotubes) and distilled water as a base, in different temperatures. The change in the value of heat capacity of a liquid was investigated. The value of heat capacity for Nano fluids increased with increasing the Carbon NanoTubes particles,when as compared with the value of heat capacity for distilled water . This study was performed on the Tigris River (Baghdad city section) during the period between December 2016 and December 2018 to assess seasonal variation in water quality using the Overall Index of Pollution (OIP). The OIP is one of the reliable tools for the assessment of surface water quality. ABSTRACT The antibacterial and antbiofilm activities of water extract of Calendula officinalis flowers against some of enteropathogenic bacteria was studied, also phytochemical screening and determination of antioxidant activity of the extract has been investigated. The results showed that the water extract of C. officinalis exhibited a good antibacterial activity against all pathogenic bacterial isolates (Salmonella, Shigella dysenteriae, Shigella flexneri, Shigella sonnei and E. coli) especially at concentration 100 µg/ml in contrast with the control cefotan antibiotic. This study aimed at identifying the counseling needs for classroom teachers specialization in
Jerash university. The sample of the study consisted (112) students. To achieve this goal a
scale with (39) items was built by the researcher, this scale has four domains they are as
follows; family, social, psychological and academic domain. The results of this study showed
that counseling needs obtain the heighest average. As well as, the results of the study revealed
that there were statistical differences in favor of gender and teaching year variable. Finally the
study stated a list of recommendations.
