Two homopolymeric and three copolymeric additives for base oil were synthesized using octyl acrylate (OA) and tert-butyl acrylamide (TBA) monomers. In this study, polymeric coating was developed by incorporating nano graphene in the polymer blend with applications to oil storage tanks.
