This paper concerns is the preparation and characterization of a bidentate ligand [4-(5,5- dimethyl-3-oxocyclohex-1-enylamino)-N-(5-methylisoxazol-3-yl) benzene sulfonamide]. The ligand was prepared from fusing of sulfamethoxazole and dimedone at (140) ºC for half hour. The complex was prepared by refluxing the ligand with a bivalent cobalt ion using ethanol as a solvent. The prepared ligand and complex were identified using Spectroscopic methods. The proposed tetrahedral geometry around the metal ions studied were concluded from these measurements. Both molar ratio and continuous variation method were studied to determine metal to ligand ratio (M:L). The M to L ratio was found to be (1:1). The adsorption of cobalt complex was carried out using bentonite as adsorbent. The optimization of the adsorption conditions were studied as a function of contact time , temperature , pH , adsorbent weight and particle size. The results revealed that the time needed to reach concentration equilibrium was 60 min for cobalt complex. While the trend of the adsorption isotherm was L1 type according to Giles classification . Thermodynamic functions (ΔH, ΔG, and ΔS) were calculated.
Our goal in this research, some new nucleoside analogues was synthesized. Starting from ?-D glucose which was converted to per acetylated ?-D gluco pyronoside then converted to active from(1-Bromo Sugar (2) as a sugar moiety. The base moiety 2-substituted benzimidazole was prepared from condensation of phenylene diamine with different aromatic aldehydes, which were subjected to amino alkylation via Mannich reaction forming new nucleobase derivatives. Condensation of nucleobase with bromo sugar through nucleophilic substitution of anomeric carbon with nitrogen forming new protected nucleoside analogues then hydrolyzed with sodium methoxide in methanol to obtain our target, the free nucleoside analogues. All prepared compound were identified b

First step was included the preparation of five N-substituted diamides by reaction of adipoyl chloride with different amines .The second step was involved reaction of diamides with poly acryloyl chloride to obtain five new poly diimides having different physical properties which may used in different applications.
This research aims to develop new spectrophotometric analytical method to determine drug compound Salbutamol by reaction it with ferric chloride in presence potassium ferricyanide in acid median to formation of Prussian blue complex to determine it by uv-vis spectrophotmetric at wavelengths rang(700-750)nm . Study the optimal experimental condition for determination drug and found the follows: 1- Volume of(10M) H2SO4 to determine of drug is 1.5 ml . 2- Volume and concentration of K3Fe(CN)6 is 1.5 ml ,0.2% . 3- Volume and concentration of FeCl3 is 2.5ml , 0.2%. 4- Temperature has been found 80 . 5- Reaction time is 15 minute . 6- Order of addition is (drug + K3Fe(CN)6+ FeCl3 + acid) . Concentration rang (0.025-5 ppm) , limit detecti

Accordingly, this research is about introducing some isatins to be nucleophilically attacked at C3 forming products of azomethine ylide functionality. These iminium compounds were made by allowing certain isatins to be reacted with the secondary amino acid, proline, at acetic acid and methanol medium and then collected after purification to be identified with total Leukocyte count (TLC) and melting point. The structural characterization was performed by fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR), and community health nursing (CHN) analysis. Bilastine (BLA), is a second – generation antihistamine used to manage allergy symptoms; it is very slightly soluble in water. The main objective of this research was to enhance the solubility and dissolution rate of BLA by complexation technique. Ternary complex of BLA: methyl β- cyclodextrin (M-β-CD): soluplus® 5% w/w was prepared via solvent evaporation technique as a trial to enhance its solubility to be prepared as OFDF by incorporated into aqueous polymeric solution. Seven formulas of OFDFs were prepared using the solvent casting method using

The identification of synephrine done by Thin layer chromatography (TLC), High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and The Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR). The characterization of gold nanoparticles by using Ultra Violet-Visible Spectroscopy (UV-Vis), Field – Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM) and Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR), confirmed the biosynt

Show MoreThe past decades of the last century and until now have witnessed many crises in the housing sector, and these crises were the result of many problems that led to a weak quality and quantity of housing stock, especially for lowincome people, and Goal 11 of the Sustainable Development Goals states, "Make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, and capable of enduring and being sustainable, we have prepared this research that attempts to answer the following question: Is the current empowerment in the housing sector real and efficient support for people with limited income? The research assumes that empowerment in the housing sector has an important and effective role in reducing housing problems, the research aims to reach the most imp
