Политические метафорические системы претерпевают систематические трансформации в периоды радикальных социально-политических изменений, однако сравнительный анализ в различных лингвокультурных контекстах остается ограниченным. Цель исследования — выявление функциональных и социокогнитивных особенностей метафорических конструкций, используемых для концептуализации власти, государственности и социальных изменений в российском и иракском политическом дискурсе переходных периодов конца XX – начала XXI веков. Материалы и методы. Корпусный анализ политических текстов объемом 4,3 млн словоупотреблений (российский корпус — 2,5 млн, иракский — 1,8 млн) с использованием программного обеспечения AntConc 3.5.8 и библиотек Python spaCy. Ручная верификация тремя экспертами-лингвистами обеспечила межэкспертную надежность κ = 0,847. Статистический анализ включал критерий хи-квадрат с поправкой Бонферрони. Результаты. Российский дискурс эволюционировал от индустриально-милитаристских метафор через органическо-медицинские образы к архитектурно-техническим концептам, демонстрируя рационализационные паттерны (χ² = 47,23, p < 0,001). Иракский дискурс трансформировался от религиозно-исторических через военногероические к конфессионально-племенным метафорам, проявляя фрагментационные паттерны (χ² = 52,91, p < 0,001). Выявлены четыре основные функции метафор: легитимационная, мобилизационная, идентификационная, делегитимационная. Выводы. Метафорические системы демонстрируют универсальные паттерны трансформации в переходные периоды при сохранении культурно-специфических особенностей. Российский дискурс тяготеет к технико-административным образам, отражая тенденции рационализации; иракский — к генеалогическо-религиозным связям, отражая структуры традиционной власти.
This study analyzes the stylistic features of euphemisms in feminist discourse, based on material from the contemporary Russian press of the period (2015–2025). The central issue lies in how the linguistic devices used to soften the harshness and confrontation in discourse contribute to shaping a distinct feminine communicative style within media discourse, where the context necessitates combining the expression of the author\\'s position with maintaining a harmonious interaction with the wider audience.
