The most important goals are to identify the effect of using the interactive video accompanying the static training in learning some basic skills of the model school in squash. The experimental method was used for its suitability and the nature of the research. The researchers chose the research sample in the deliberate manner in the manner of the experimental and control groups. The research community included a number of Squash Academy players for beginners with ages (13-15) years of (22) novice players and excluded players who are not committed to training and thus became the final research sample And their number (16) players and they sincerely represent the research community at a rate of (100%). This research was aimed to the purification and characterization of cytosine deaminase as a medically important enzyme from locally isolated Escherichia coli; then studying its cytotoxic anticancer effects against colon cancer cell line. Cytosine deaminase was subjected to three purification steps including precipitation with 90% ammonium sulfate saturation, ion exchange chromatography on DEAE-cellulose column, and gel filtration chromatography throughout Sephadex G-200 column. Specific activity of the purified enzyme was increased up to 9 U/mg with 12.85 folds of purification and 30.85% enzyme recovery. A novel series of chitosan derivatives were synthesized via reaction of chitosan with carbonyl compounds and grafted it’s by with different amine compounds substituted hydrogen. The produced polymers were characterized by different analyses FTIR, 1HCNMR, XRD, DSC and TGA. Air pollution evaluation of the operational processes in the East Baghdad oil field was carried out. The analysis was carried out by ICP-MS technique. Total Suspended Particles (TSP) air load was higher than Iraqi Standards and world international allowable limits of World Health Organization.
