This study focused on extracting the outer membrane nanovesicles (OMVs) from Escherichia coli BE2 (EC- OMVs) by ultracentrifugation, and the yield was 2.3mg/ml. This was followed by purification with gel filtration chromatography using Sephadex G-150, which was 2mg/ml. The morphology and size of purified EC-OMVs were confirmed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) at 40-200 nm. The nature of functional groups in the vesicle vesicle was determined by Fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) analysis. The antitumor activity of EC-OMVs was conducted in vitro by MTT assay in human ovarian (OV33) cancer cell line at 24,48 and 96hrs.       This study focused on determining the effect of the alcoholic extract of curcuma longa on mouse embryo, twenty adult white Swiss mice used in this study. Experimental animals were divided into four groups with six mice for each group. For mating occur, 3 females and male were placed in cage. It was confirmed that the mating took place when examining the next morning and watching the vaginal plug, and considered that the day after mating is the first day of the pregnancy. We prepared three subs lethal concentrations of curcuma longa were applied to Experimental groups except control group, 10 mg/kg, 50 mg kg/ and 100 mg/kg. From 7-14 of pregnancy we were given the pregnant mice 0.1 ml per 10 gm body weight.

      This paper intends to initiate a new type of generalized closed set in topological space with the theoretical application of generalized topological space. This newly defined set is a weaker form than the -closed set as well as -closed set. Some phenomenal characterizations and results of newly defined sets are inculcated in a proper manner. The characteristics of normal spaces and regular spaces are achieved in the light of the generalized pre-regular closed set.

Films of silver oxide of different thickness have been prepared by the chemical spray paralysis. Transmission and absorption spectra have recorded in order to study the effect of increasing thickness on some optical parameter such as reflectance, refractive index , and dielectric constant in its two parts . This study reveals that all these paramters affect by increasing the thickness .

Vis spectrophotometer to determine data of quantitative adsorption at various contact time, ionic strength, PH and temperature conditions. As a function of temperatures 25,35,45,55 ⁰C, the dsorption phenomenon was examined, and the results showed that Rhodamine-B adsorption Citrus leaves rose with increasing temperatures on the surface (endothermic process). Using various NaCl solution concentrations, the effect of ionic strength on adsorption has also been studied. Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) of Campylobacter coli was extracted by using
digestive enzyme and hot phenol method. The effect of LPS on lymphocyte
transform was studies by lymphocyte transformation index for twenty blood samples
were collected from apparently healthy control.
The results were showed significant differences (P< 0.05) between samples which
treatrd with phytohemagglutnin PHA (66.1 ± 0.6) and the samples which treated
with LPS of C. coli (74.2 ± 0.8) when compared with control, this lead to suggest
that the LPS extracted from C. coli may play a role as a mitogen to transformed
lymphocytes.
