This work presents a novel technique for the detection of oil aging in electrical transformers using a single mode optical fiber sensor based on surface plasmon resonance (SPR). The aging of insulating oil is a critical issue in the maintenance and performance of electrical transformers, as it can lead to reduce insulation properties, increase risk of electrical breakdown, and decrease operational lifespan.     In this paper, we devoted to use circular shape sliding block, in image edge determination. The circular blocks have symmetrical properties in all directions for the mask points around the central mask point. Therefore, the introduced method is efficient to be use in detecting image edges, in all directions curved edges, and lines. The results exhibit a very good performance in detecting image edges, comparing with other edge detectors results.

The study consists of video clips of all cars parked in the selected area. The studied camera height is1.5 m, and the video clips are 18video clips. Images are extracted from the video clip to be used for training data for the cascade method. Cascade classification is used to detect license plates after the training step. Viola-jones algorithm was applied to the output of the cascade data for camera height (1.5m). The accuracy was calculated for all data with different weather conditions and local time recoding in two ways.
