It included the introduction to the research and its importance, as the knee joint is one of the important joints in the human body that are susceptible to injury, and among these injuries is the roughness of the knee that occurs as a result of weakness and imbalance in the work of the quadriceps muscle, so its treatment is through rehabilitation exercises to treat weakness and gain flexibility and strength.Hence the importance of the research by developing rehabilitation exercises with different resistances in the water medium and restoring flexibility and muscular strength for patients with knee roughness for ages from 30-40 years, and the experimental method was used to solve the research problem, and the research sample included (6) of those with knee roughness of the medium degree and was used The researchers reached the appropriate means and tools for all data and extracting results, and the researchers reached several conclusions, the most important of which were the rehabilitation exercises prepared using resistors, an effective role in restoring the function of the joint to its nature.

Occurrence the heavy metals in water is one of the most important concerns. may cause savior health problems. In this work we made an attempt to know the quantity of six heavy metals in groundwater in different locations of Baghdad city. Examinations were made on groundwater of the review region to assess the heavy metals. This study included the isolation and diagnosis of Pseudomonas aeruginosa from cases of burns samples. 100 samples were collected from resident patients at Al-Kindi Teaching Hospital, who suffer from different types of burns. Pseudomonas aeruginosa was isolated and diagnosed with 39% of the total samples. The cold and hot aqueous and alcoholic extract of flaxseeds oil was prepared and its inhibitory efficacy has been studied on the growth of isolated Pseudomonas aeruginosa. It is revealed that both extracts of flaxseeds oil had a high inhibitory effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa growth.
