Used a much more extremeexperimental method on a sample was Blaabat national teamwrestling judo and numbers of 16 for the player and after dividingthe sample into two groups, experimental research each containing atotal of (8 players) were found parity between the two groups inphysical aptitude test.After completion of training on the application of anaerobicendurance according to the average time of 30-60 sec and for thepurpose to identify the differences between tribal and-after tests tosample groups of research has been processing the results statisticallymediated (T) test for related samples. Vastantjt researchers note thataccording to the endurance training on anaerobic medium has apositive role in the development of physical aptitude of the playersthe national team wrestling judo. This study aimed to reveal the stage for teachers of basic training needs from the perspective of workers in Mafraq Governorate, through a survey of a sample of counselors look at the Ajloun area schools reached (58) counselors.

Abstract Twelve isolates of bacteria were obtained from samples of different soils and water amended with 100µg/ml of five heavy metals chlorides (i.e: Aluminum Al+2, Iron Fe+2, Lead Pb+2, Mercury Hg+2 and Zinc Zn+2). Four isolates were identified as Bacillus subtilis and B. subtilis (B2) isolate was selected for this study according to their resistance to all five heavy metals chlorides. The ability of B. subtilis (B2) isolate for growing in different concentration of heavy metals chlorides ranging from 200-1200 µg/ml was tested. Iraqi EFL college instructors, who supervise the teaching practice of EFL student teachers, commonly experience the inefficient teaching performance of prospective teachers. This inefficiency is usually due to their inability to make connections between the practical experience and the theoretical knowledge of TEFL. One of the reasons behind this inability may be the employment of traditional ways of training and instructing student teachers.
