This study revealed the efficiency of Bacillus subtilisin degrading two textile dyes (disperse red and disperse yellow), the rates of red dye removal when measured after 24, 48, 72 and 96 hours for the concentrations of 50 ppm were 51.67, 67.56, 84.67 and 95.33%, for the concentration 150 ppm were 41.67, 62.67, 80.67 and 89.67%, while for the concentration 300 ppm were 25.67, 42.67, 71.67 and 84.33%. The results of yellow dye removal showed that the concentration of 50 ppm were 49.67, 65.33, 83.33 and 92.67%, for the concentration of 150 ppm were 38.33, 60.33, 77.33 and 87.33%, and for the concentration, 300 ppm were 24, 36.67, 68.33 and 81.67%, when measured after 24, 48, 72 and 96 hours. In Iraq, water shortages and drought, especially during the hot summer months, necessitates that municipal authorities adopt water reuse projects like reusing treated domestic wastewater for crop irrigation. This work gives the conceptual and basic design elements for the necessary steps of filtration, UV irradiation and chlorination to make such a wastewater fit for agricultural use. A typical rural community of 50,000 people is considered as an example case for which functionality and relative simplicity of the proposed designs are prime factors. The objectives are 1) to show what is required and 2) that the presented information may be utilized to embark on the following phases of detailed design and execution of such projects.

In this paper, we study and investigate the quark anti-quark interaction mechanism through the annihilation process. The production of photons in association with interaction quark and gluon in the annihilation process. We investigate the effect of critical temperature, strength coupling and photons energy in terms of the quantum chromodynamics model theory framework. We find that the use of large critical temperature Tc =134 allows us to dramatically increase the strength coupling of quarks interaction. Its sensitivity to decreasing in photons rate with respect to strength coupling estimates. We also discuss the effect of photons energy on the rate of the photon , such as energies in range (1.5 to 5 GeV).The photons rate increases
