This research suggests a robust and systematic way for Arabic Sentiment Analysis using a vast dataset of 66,666 text reviews. One of the main advantages of this study is that the dataset was perfectly balanced (33,333 positive samples and 33,333 negative samples). In machine learning, this 50/50 split is important because it eliminates class bias and enables the predictive model to treat both sentiment classes equally. As shown in the values of the metrics — overall accuracy, weighted precision, weighted recall, and F1 score — there is great similarity among them, indicating a stable and reliable assessment of the model's real potential throughout the Arabic dataset. The present paper describes a static model of malware detection and employs a tri-class prevention policy that operates on the EMBER 2024 Win64 partition. A LightGBM classifier trained on 1,040,000 samples and 804 static PE features achieves AUC-ROC = 0.9979, precision = 98.7%, recall = 97.4%, and F1 = 0.9805 on the temporally-split 240,000-sample test set. To create a highly efficient photovoltaic-thermal (PV-T) system and maximise the energy and exergy efficiency, this study aims to propose an innovative configuration of a PV-T system comprising wavy tubes with twisted-tape inserts. Following the validation of a numerical model, a parametric study has been conducted to assess the geometrical effects of twisted tape and wavy tubes, as well as the coolant fluid type and velocity, on the overall performance of a PV-T system, located in Shiraz, Iran.
